When using our Site to purchase a product, you will be requested to check the box indicating you have read, understood and agreed to accept the following terms and conditions. You must be at least 18 years old to accept the Terms and Conditions for yourself or on behalf of your child or a child in your legal care. If you are accepting those Terms and Conditions on behalf of your child, please be aware that you are legally liable and fully responsible for his or her use of this Site. Each registration is for a single user only.
You can create an account at any time or when purchasing items on this website. You can also place an order on this Site without creating an account. Note you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password and for preventing unauthorised access to your account.
Please ensure the details you provide us with on registration are correct, complete and up to date. Inform us of any changes to those details (e.g. change of email or postal address). You can access and update your details using the ‘My Account’ area of the Website.
If you made an error in the order and the order has been confirmed, please notify us immediately by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will always try our best to amend your order, however sometimes this may not be possible especially if the cookies have been baked.
PRICES & SERVICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. Delivery charge is an additional cost.

At the product page where you choose your cookies, you are able to select the dispatch date of your order.
Please note that the date of your delivery will depend on what time and which day you have placed the order.
If you place your order before 1pm Monday to Thursday, your order will be dispatched the next day for delivery the day after. Orders placed before 1pm Friday, will be dispatched Saturday for delivery the Monday after. Orders placed after 1pm Friday, anytime Saturday or Sunday, will be dispatched Monday for delivery Tuesday. We are not able to guarantee the actual delivery date because this will depend on Royal Mail.
You have 3 delivery choices:
- Royal Mail 1st class
- Royal Mail Guaranteed 1pm delivery
- Royal Mail Guaranteed 1pm Saturday delivery
For Royal Mail deliveries, 93% of our deliveries will be delivered as expected and almost all remaining deliveries will take place one day after that. We wish we could provide more certainty, but at this time Royal Mail does not offer a guaranteed one-day delivery service, so we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date
In the event of a delay by Royal Mail we are unable to offer a refund or a resend of your delivery.
In the event of a non-delivery (cookies not arrived 3 days after intended delivery date) please contact Decadence Delivered at email@example.com. It is the customer's responsibility to contact us within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date in order to claim a refund. Failure to do so will result in the lapse of any rights to a refund.
We are unable to provide delivery notifications for Royal Mail orders as we do not obtain proof of delivery.
Timed deliveries are not available.
You may pay for the items which you order online by supplying your credit/debit card or details on the secure online order form. We regret that we cannot accept cheques or cash as payment online.
DAMAGE AND REFUNDS
If upon delivery the product is damaged, different from the one you have ordered (for example a different flavour or the wording is incorrect), or the order is incomplete, when you receive it, please notify us immediately for investigation, if found to be the case we will refund your purchase. In the case of damaged goods you must retain the damaged Products and all packaging for inspection by us. Subject to our report on the claimed damage and to these Terms and Conditions we will refund the price you paid for the returned Products together with the delivery charge. We will have no liability to you for any indirect loss. Please state clearly your dispatch details in all communications to us.
We will only provide a refund to the original credit card or debit card account used for placing the online order. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.
Since taste is a very personal matter and subjective we cannot make refunds for products returned on the basis that the taste is simply not to your liking.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place a suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedure to safeguard the information we collect from you. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties at any time. We do not record or keep any financial information at any time.
